Rick Siemer has long supported the Effingham County CEO program. Each year he enjoys the opportunity to present topics to the new class, and this year is no different. In September, Rick once again stood before a classroom of students eager to hear his stories and business advice.
His time with the 2022 CEO class focused on the commitment and seriousness one must have when pursuing their chosen ventures in life. Rick’s passion for storytelling certainly got the students attention, and we have no doubt that they left class that day feeling inspired and ready to tackle their business plans!
Rick is a 5th generation Siemer family member who serves as President and CEO of Siemer Milling Company. The company cultivates an atmosphere of Respect, Trust, and Responsibility among employees, customers, and suppliers.
